Hi, I'm Divas. I have a MacBook and an Android phone, and I wanted iPhone Mirroring for my phone. Apple wasn't going to build that, so I made Phone Mirror.
It is a friendly menu on top of scrcpy, the open-source tool that does the heavy lifting. There is no account, and it never goes online.

Quick Share to your Mac New
On the phone, tap Share, then Quick Share, and pick your Mac. Click Accept and the file is in your Downloads folder.
No cable, no USB debugging, nothing to install on the phone. Both only have to be on the same Wi-Fi.
One click and you're in
It lives in the menu bar. Click Mirror Phone and the phone opens in a window. Works over a cable or Wi-Fi, and it remembers your phone next time.
Pocket mode
The phone's own screen goes dark and it stays awake. When you stop, it locks itself.
Files, both ways
Drag a file from Finder to send it to the phone. Drag one out to keep it on the Mac. Folders too.
Nothing is ever replaced or deleted. A taken name becomes “photo (2).jpg”.
Your keyboard works
Type on the phone with the Mac's keyboard. Copy on one, paste on the other.
No cable needed
Plug in once, then go wireless. Or join the phone's hotspot and skip the router.
It tells you why it lags
Live frame rate and connection quality, right in the menu.
Two minutes to set up
Nothing gets installed on the phone. The app walks you through it the first time.

Questions
Do I have to install anything on my phone?
No. For mirroring you turn on one setting, USB debugging, and tap Allow the first time you plug the phone in. For sending files with Quick Share you change nothing on the phone at all. Nothing stays installed on it.
How does Quick Share to the Mac work?
Quick Share is the sharing that is already built into Android. Tick Receive with Quick Share in Phone Mirror's menu and your Mac shows up in the phone's Quick Share list while both are on the same Wi-Fi. Every share waits for you to click Accept on the Mac. It goes one way, from the phone to the Mac; to put files on the phone, use Phone Files. The setup guide has the steps.
Which phones work?
Android phones with Android 5 or newer; sound needs Android 11 or newer. I built and tested it with a POCO X4 Pro on Android 13. Xiaomi, POCO and Redmi phones need one extra switch, and the setup guide shows where it is.
Does it work without a cable?
Yes. Plug the cable in once, click Go Wireless, then unplug. Phone and Mac have to be on the same Wi-Fi, or the Mac can join the phone's hotspot. After the phone restarts you plug in once more.
Will there be lag?
With a cable it feels close to using the phone. Over Wi-Fi it depends on your network: a 5 GHz network or Hotspot Mode is smooth, a busy 2.4 GHz router can stutter. The menu shows you the frame rate and the connection quality.
Why does my Mac warn me when I open it?
Apple checks apps for developers who pay for its yearly programme, and I haven't. So macOS asks you to confirm before it runs. The download page shows the four steps, and the security page explains how to check the download yourself.
Is it safe to turn on USB debugging?
USB debugging lets a computer you have approved control the phone, which is how Phone Mirror works. Only tap Allow for your own Mac. The security page has the details and how to switch it off again.
iPhone, Intel Mac or Windows?
No. Phone Mirror is for Android phones and Macs with Apple Silicon. iPhones have Apple's own iPhone Mirroring.
